How To Grow A Beard

When you decide to grow a beard, you have to be committed to the beard. Put all thoughts of shaving out of your mind, hide your razor if you need to. The experience will change you for ever. Growing a respectable beard isn't going to be a walk in the park, because it takes time and effort to do this. Once you have grown a beard, there are many ways to style it. There's everything from a full beard to just a mustache. Some of the more common beards are the Cathedral, Spade, Stiletto, Goatees, Circle Beards, Lip Curtains, Chin Curtains, and Side Burns ( Wolverine, Lamb Chops, Reverse Goatee, and Mutton Chops). There are also chin whiskers such as the horseshoe and Soul Patch. The Dali, Handlebar, and Fu Manchu are the best of the mustaches. Once you have a beard you need to take god care of it. Trimming keeps the beard looking clean and respectable, but never trim a wet beard or mustache. Keeping your beard clean is just as important as trimming. You should wash and shampoo your beard regularly, and a conditioner will help soften your beard to some extent. Pat your beard dry with a soft towel and never blow dry. After washing and drying, you should comb your beard with a wide comb in order to remove tangles. If you follow these rules you will have a nice clean beard that people will respect.

Watchmen

In the book Watchmen, superheroes emerge in the United States in the 1940s to help win the Vietnam War. The Vietnam war occurred from 1959 to 1975, in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. The war started because communist North Vietnam wanted South Vietnam to be communist as well. The United States was allied with South Vietnam, and entered the war to prevent the South from being taken over. The Vietcong fought a guerrilla war in South Vietnam against the governments army and the United States. In April 1975 North Vietnam captured Saigon, and the following year the North and South were reunified. In terms of fatalities, the war exacted 3 to 4 million Vietnamese from both sides. In Watchmen the six main characters(The Comedian, Dr. Manhatted, Nite Owl, Ozymandias, Rorschach, and the Silk Spectre), win the Vietnam War for the united States, and create tension between the U.S. and the Soviet Union throughout the Cold War. One of the main images in the book is a blood smeared smiley face, which was taken from the Galle Crater on Mars. The blood stained smiley face symbolizes a recurring motif throughout the book.

Detroit Red Wings Season Review

The Detroit Red Wings have had a very good comeback season as the reigning Stanley Cup champions. Despite the fact that they are in 3rd place overall, they have been a very dominating team in the NHL, and they are only 4 points away from the first place spot. The Detroit Red Wings set an NHL record this season for going 9 seasons with 100 points or more. Not many teams have had consecutive seasons with at least 100 points. They lead the league with 3.59 goals per game, and have the best power play percentage of 25.5%. Detroit out shoots their opponent almost every game, and they lead the league with shots on goal per game. On the other side, Detroit does have a weakness that could prevent them from winning the cup this season. They do not have the most reliable goal tending out there. Chris Osgood is starting to see the effects of aging in his play. He did guide them to the cup last year, but he is not as solid as he used to be. At the other goalie position, Ty Conklin might not have enough experience to lead them to the cup. Detroit has still managed to claim the 3rd place position with average goal tending, and they are still a huge threat going into the playoffs.
